My Busy Season

My Busy Season

Heres my new home, 2 weeks ago. Looking for the month of March or April to get here ASAP so we can MOVE IN! For the record, this is the second week this month it was below zero when I drove to work. -9 to be exact. This is the worst Indiana winter I have known since 1991. The crew hasn’t dropped a day of work. Pretty impressive.

Lottery winners

So I saw on the news today that another group of employees purchased a winning lottery ticket. This got me to thinking, what would happen if you were a small company like the one I work for, and this happens? What if 50% of your workforce calls in at the same time to inform you they won’t be back?
So here is where it matters. Treat your staff like family and this won’t happen.

Full Circle

I am hoping it will spawn a little writing boom. iTunes Match, two main email accounts, twitter and Facebook installed. iBooks synced. I guess I can leave the MBPro at home. I only wish I lived in a city so I could take public transportation, read and write for a couple of hours. Then I would have to deal with people.
